Grateful for these prompts. Prompts have been saving me in this time of transition. In relationship to Lesson 4, I've been pondering how do I define success?

Such a good question... I think for me, defining success (especially when I'm linking it to my productivity) is variable. Usually if I'm trying to force or pressure myself into a productivity cycle to meet a goal, that success I'm trying to get with that goal completion is not sustainable. For me, noting when "success" in this way is not sustainable or meaningful is helpful to remind myself to check in on any manufactured urgency or pressure that I need to let go. THEN, I'll redefine success and what feels more grounded after I've mentally released all of the unnecessary stress I was holding. Hopefully this all makes sense!
