What is Feelings, Healing?
Feelings, Healing (Est. 2021) is a personal writing exercise, personal offering, and vulnerable exploration of personal growth, from the perspective of a therapist and a human being.
My hope is to share wisdom i’ve learned along the way when it comes to emotional, mental and collective healing, and build the confidence to start publishing what I write. I can’t promise anything but my sincerity, sensitivity and honesty.

What will you write about?
Feelings, Healing is a currently free semi-regular newsletter where I write about emotions, feelings, personal insight and learning, interesting musings from psychotherapy, the process of change and growth, share therapeutic book reviews, explore resources and reflect on topics related to self care, self love, relationships, community and connection etc.
With the goal of ultimately building intentional, deeper community and personal inner wisdom, starting an open access writing project is just one part of this journey. My work is best engaged with as a space to learn, engage interactively with the material in a way that bring insights into your own life, and creates meaningful community dialogue with others in this space.
